Weekend Cookin'

On the Frontier cookin' is something that is enjoyable on the weekend to try new things or freshen up the same ol' dishes!


Frontier Orange Teriyaki Marmalade Chicken

Ingredients

1 - 2 boneless/skinless chicken breast

1 jar of Sweet Orange Marmalade (I prefer Smuckers)

1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce

Salt and pepper for taste

1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce


That's it!


Directions

1. mix together the marmalade, teriyaki sauce, and sweet thai chili, salt and pepper in blender

2. take thawed chicken breast and put in a marinading bowl with sauce, cover with saran wrap and put in fridge for 4-6 hours

3. At dinner time fire up the BBQ grill and put on a medium hi heat

4. Grill chicken breast, that's right just throw them on the grill and cook until done!


Serve it up!

Add any salad that is your summertime favorite.


4 hour to marinade in sauce in fridge.

35-40min cook time.
